Read the Affirmation and then meditate with the suggested mantra for 15-20 minutes... it will be nice!

I am a powerful creative being continuously evolving
and allowing positive transformation in my life.  The
world all around me responds to the energy I am
transmitting moment to moment.  In my mind’s eye I
build a vision of how I want my life to be.  I open
myself to allowing all of my hopes and dreams to flow
into reality.  Joy and Love are my compass and staying
centered on those feelings keep me on course.

With each day I accept more and more my true ability
to shape my own reality.  Whenever distress or fear or
uncertainty comes into my awareness, I consciously
move my thoughts to appreciation.  I see the positive
energy of Love and Joy flowing out as a blessing to all
I come in contact with.  I see all that I need and want
flowing back to me along the waves of positive energy
I am radiating.  The Universe responds with energy
and inspiration to manifest my wants and desires into
my personal reality.
I live in an abundant and infinite Universe.

As I radiate more joy and enthusiasm, love and
thanksgiving, I become an ever more powerful magnet
attracting people and events that bring me new
opportunities to contribute to the positive
transformation of the world around me.

As I stay centered on joy and good feelings, wellness
and prosperity spread wherever I go and in all I touch.
I am truly blessed with the awareness of this positive
transformational power and grateful for each
opportunity to share it with the world.  Moment to
moment, my life is filled with enthusiasm, abundance,
love and joy. I gratefully radiate the energy of positive
transformation to all around me.

I Come to Contribute to An Evolving Creation and Have Fun and Joy Doing It!

I am an unlimited spiritual being inhabiting a physical form.  I inhabit this physical form to contribute to the ongoing creation and shaping of the reality we all share.  I came forth into this life adventure to learn and play and contribute.  I am guided in what I do by always seeking feelings of love and joy.  I strive to maintain the playful spirit of a child with no fears or preconceived ideas.  I move through my day seeing it freshly, moment by moment, on the lookout for things that bring a smile to my face and a warm glow to my heart.  My heart and mind work together to decide how I should shape my life adventure.  I understand that the only limitations that exist to having and being everything I desire only come from my lack of belief in my true nature as a powerful shaper of reality.  In this moment, I say YES to allowing all of creation to work in and through me to manifest all of my hopes and dreams.  There is nothing that I can want with my mind and heart that can be kept from me if I simply say yes to it and expectantly and thankfully accept it as the way my life is to be.

As I transform my life by defining in my mind and heart my intentions and designing the life I will live, by combining the reality shaping energy I am continuously radiating with other like minded individuals, together we increase our power to affect the world around us.  Reality is nothing more than the manifestation of shared beliefs.  As we build a vision of a community of abundance and love filled days, more and more people are drawn to the power of our energy.  We joyfully accept our role as creators of a more abundant, loving and joy filled world.  I allow all of my gifts and talents to blossom so that they can be put to use in service of this positive transformation of reality.  As a transformational community we combine our energy, hopes and dreams to manifest this glorious vision in greater detail and scope in every moment.

I am filled with thanksgiving for this opportunity and for this wonder filled adventure we are sharing.  Namaste.

Some Thoughts on Co-operation from Craig Hamilton

It's Independence Day weekend here in the U.S., and I've been reflecting a lot these last few days on both the beauty and the limitations of our culture's fierce, deep-rooted independence.

The call to independence is in its essence a call to freedom, and it's been responsible for profound cultural advances -- from the ending of publicly condoned slavery to the steady advancement of human rights.

Where our spirituality is concerned, however, our attachment to independence may be one of the greatest obstacles on our path.

As a spiritual guide and teacher, I've worked with thousands of people aspiring to realize their deepest potential. And if I've learned anything in the process, it's that for us to evolve -- as individuals and as a society -- we need each other.

To truly realize our highest potentials, our individual work is often not quite enough. Ultimately, we need to engage in transformative interactions with other people who share our aspiration to evolve.

It's a simple idea. But its implications run deep.

And for many of us, it raises some conflicting feelings. Perhaps you can see this in your own experience.

For instance, this notion that we can't walk the spiritual path alone may resonate with  part of you --  the part that longs for connection and support on your journey.

Yet you might also be aware of some resistance to this suggestion.

In our modern world, in which independence has become almost a religion, the notion that we need other people foranything can seem almost like heresy. If we were to embrace such an idea, wouldn't we be giving away our power and our freedom?

When we think about traditional depictions of the spiritual path, the picture that often comes to mind is also of a solitary, independent journey. The lone sage on the mountaintop. The yogi alone in the cave. The hermit in a hut. The wandering pilgrim.

Even if we attend church services or classes or meditation groups, most of us still tend to think of our spiritual path as a private, internal, solo quest in which we are the sole determining factor of our own spiritual destiny.

But how independent are we, really?

If you've ever attended a personal growth workshop or spiritual retreat, you've probably noticed that in an environment where everyone is focused on our higher evolutionary potentials, it's relatively easy to experience a spiritual "high" or break through to new ground within ourselves.

But what happens when you come home from such an event -- and find yourself again surrounded by people who don't share your higher values and commitments?

For most of us, in the absence of a supportive social container for our awakening, we find ourselves quickly losing touch with the new potentials that seemed so accessible in the retreat or workshop environment.

Although we like to think of ourselves as self-sufficient, the reality is that we are social creatures. Our ability to co-exist with one another depends on our willingness to abide within a matrix of shared values, assumptions, and agreements about what is real, what is important, and what is acceptable behavior.

So unless we surround ourselves with others who share our deepest spiritual values and aspirations, we almost inevitably find ourselves fighting against a kind of invisible but powerful "social gravity." And it pulls us back into the unenlightened, unevolved "world mind" we're trying to break free from.

It's not impossible to generate "escape velocity" on one's own. But, for most of us, a sustained context of partnership with kindred spirits becomes essential.

Not only is shared spiritual inquiry a potent accelerator of our own evolution, I've also come to believe that we stand a much better chance of moving the mountains many of us dream of moving if we do it together.

After years of work facilitating spiritual work in community, and seeing tremendous results, I'm convinced of this: The greatest challenges of our time will not be solved merely by separate individuals, but by an enlightened collective.  There's infinite potential in how we can cooperate, collaborate and unite to solve problems.

Ultimately, insistence upon pure "independence" is an obstacle -- to our radical evolution beyond ego, and into the truly enlightened relationship to life that will yield the world we yearn to create. To be an effective evolutionary is to embrace and cultivate the support of other evolutionaries.

So the question is, where and how do we begin to create an environment that cultivates this kind of evolutionary support and partnership?

Just Let It Go!

So, we are trying to write a good script for the day and a great new chapter of our life.  If things are not currently falling into place as you would like, it is probably time to just let go.  If you are too attached to the outcome you are seeking, it can result in a lot of frustration.  You start beating up on yourself either asking what you are doing wrong or why you are not doing enough of the things you think you need to do get the results you want.  Maybe you even start feeling like you should blame someone or something other than yourself for what is going on or not going on.  You know you just need to get back to having fun and being carefree but the circumstances make it seem impossible.

What can be done?  Just let go and put all the problems in the hands of Source – mentally throw it out to the Universal Energy Field and ask for the answers.  A course correction is clearly needed.
Obviously you need work on improving your mood as quickly as possible.  If you sit around feeling sorry for yourself, you’ll just attract more things to feel sorry for yourself about.  So, again, let the problem go.  You don’t have to solve it.  The answer will come to you if you put the question out there and then expectantly – and ideally enthusiastically – listen for inspiration.  Spending some extra time in meditation might be useful or going for a bike ride or petting your cat – anything to allow you to let go of your concern… fear… anger and other emotions that are not going to help you reset your course in a positive direction.  Using a statement like “everything always works out for me” can be helpful.  A dose of gratitude can work wonders – start general so you can get away from the immediate issues – we live in a wondrous world with much beauty – there bound to be people and things in your life you can feel happy about – get those feelings going.  Just let the other stuff go for a bit.

Get some gratitude bubbling up in you.  We live in a rich, abundant Universe and we have access to an energy field of infinite possibilities.  Trust that your answer is on its way and listen for it… that little voice of intuition in your head is your personal connection to the network, the Universal energy field.  You have a whole bunch of Spirits out there eager to help you get anything you want accomplished.  You just have to allow the inspiration to flow through to your consciousness.  Make a connection with Source.  Prayer, meditation, petting your cat, a walk in the woods – step away from the problems and listen for your answers.

Petting your cat or dog can be really good for you (and they usually like it too)

If you know that all is well, you know all you need to know. And if you know life is supposed to be fun, you know more than almost anybody else knows. And if you know that the way you feel is your indicator of how connected you are to Source, then you know that which only a handful of Deliberate Creators, respective to the total population, really know. The beasts all know it.

Your animals know that all is well. Your animals live in the moment. They understand the power of their now. They expect the Universe to yield to them. They don't worry or fret or conjure or make laws or rules or try to regulate. They are Pure Positive Energy. Your beasts vibrate more on the Energy scale of contentment than of passion. Their desire was set forth from Nonphysical, and continues to be set forth by those, like you, who want Energy balance, who want sustenance.

The difference between the beast and the human is that the beast is more general in its intent. The human is usually less blended, usually less allowing of the Energy to flow, but is more specific. And that is why the human is seen to be the Creator while the beast is more the balancer of Energy.

Script Writing

So today is the first day of July.  July is going to be a very exciting month.  Let's start off with a dose of gratitude.  Even if it is a cloudy day the sun shines brightly on our planet bringing it warmth and huge amounts of energy.  That's an amazing thing.  We don't have to do anything to make it happen - the most important factor for us to be on this particular stage playing our parts in this play of life just is.  That's good for a little gratitude - you can understand why the Egyptians thought of the sun as God - Ra.  Then there is all of the beauty around us... sky, clouds, trees, flowers, the breeze, the rain, the ocean... a world of majesty and wonder.  Birds chirping and flying around in the cool early morning air.  Then there is your body.  Breathe going in and out, heart beating; thousands of functions go on all without you having to do a thing to control it.  All you have to do is let it happen and taking the time to be appreciative will make you feel good.  Feel the wonder and amazement.  Don't just take it for granted.  Consider the complexity and majesty of this multi-dimensional world we live in.  It is a field of unlimited possibilities.  Here's an important note though.  While so much goes on without your needing to make it happen, you actually are one of the designers of what manifests for us as reality.  You are not just a spectator.  You are in charge.  You can just go with the flow and have a very uneventful life.  You can worry about lack and limitation and be judging of everything and get angry and have a tumultuous life filled with trials and error.  But you can also sharpen your skills and become a deliberate creator of your own reality.  What do you want to happen today?  What are you putting in the script of your movie?  Let's make it fun and everything else will fall in place.
